We practice a biblical model of leadership, which includes elders and deacons who oversee and serve the body, of whom Christ is the head. Our leadership team works together to guide and meet the spiritual and practical needs of the church.

Those elders who are gifted in preaching and teaching use their gifts to feed the believers while others who have gifts and abilities in other areas use those to meet the needs of the body. Our desire is to see all the members of the body involved in serving Christ and serving the community.
